My husband took this photo (not too clear) near Juno, TX in Val Verde County, TX a few days ago. I'm not sure which Thrush it is. Hopefully someone can tell, even though the pic isn't good.
CLOSED: Veery, Swainson's Thrush, other Thrush?
"A few days ago" = Hermit Thrush. That's the only Catharus thrush that winters in North America, the others all get right down into South America.
It'd have been more difficult if the pic was taken in October!!
