I believe you're right. I just looked at some google images of the winter berry and it looks identical. It is a beautiful tree, and now a blue bird magnet !!! What more could I ask ? This is the tree just as it was turning this fall.

Good to know the bluebirds love it, because I can get one for my Mom's house!
