I was kinda thinking that, because I have seen a few at out local lake park. Just looked like there was too much black at the end of the bill.

I saw that too but it still look like one to me. Really don't think it is a Laughing Gull but could possibly be. Resin will tell us for sure

Ditto to Ring-billed Gull; they're first-winters, which have more black on the bill.
