Wish I had a clearer picture to post, but my others are even worse. I have lots of house finches and house sparrows, but this looks a little different. Of the two, the stripey breast makes me think female house finch. But what about the eye stripe? Also the body shape looked shorter and plumper than a finch, and the tail more deeply forked. I thought of pine siskin, but the beak is heavy like a finch or sparrow. Help?
