Congratulations on your NOL blooming. For one reason or another (Mainly due to grasshoppers), mine has bloomed only once. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for blooms in 2011.

She seems to have quite a bit of recurve in photos from PlantFiles but it doesn't look as bad on a double:

I have really come to value NOL. She grows in a pot that stands at the intersection of two brick walls. In other words, it's hot. Full sun all day. She blooms freely.

One of my all time favs!! Very pretty photos. Last year mine grew up taller than the eaves on the house. I had to stand on a ladder to pollinate lol.
