I'll kick it off, but I honestly have no idea what I'm cooking tonight. Homemade tacos (including homemade corn tortillas) have been rolling around in my head for a couple days, but they're a time consuming effort from start to finish. And I don't know how many family members will be home to eat the less-than-heart-friendly fare if I fix it...maybe we'll do soup or stew, given that the temps today will not climb to anything near 32 F. Brrrr!!!!!
