CLOSED: hawk identification

I took a picture of this hawk the other day, its kinda fuzzy, but can anyone here tell me what kind it is, I think it is either a sharp-shinned or a coopers hawk.

A bit too fuzzy to say for sure! I'll go probably Cooper's, but far from definite on it; in reality best left as just Accipiter (sp.).
