I used to have a very good recipe for fresh Peach Pie. I have do not have the recipe anymore. It was in the red Betty Crocker cookbook. I believe the copywrite is somewhere in the early 80's.
Any way, this recipe was made with white sugar - no brown sugar. And I think there must have been lemon juice in it as well.
Does anybody have this recipe or that cookbook and can look up that recipe? I froze a case of fresh Pennsylvania peaches last Summer and I would really like to make this pie for Christmas dinner....
