At Frank's suggestion we have made a new thread for Christmas.
We started several year's back having prime rib for Christmas day and will continue with it this year, I do however want to change up the sides so suggestions please. Also Christmas Eve we do a hors d'oeuvres meal as we open a few gifts, this year I'd like to invite a few of my new neighbors to join us so I'd really love to hear some of your favorite recipes.
