I gave my DD a aloe(the kind you can break off a piece for burns) last year....her dog ate it. I was hoping I could send her another one this week. Will it survive shipping from my Ark.zone 8 to her in San Antonio,Tx?

Yes, Peggy, it should - ours survived the below-freezing temps last winter. I'd just send it dry/bare root and wrap it in several layers of newspaper.
