Can you help with id. I saw this little bird in one of the Crape Myrtle trees. I'm in Baytown TX, on the upper Galveston Bay. Thanks!

thank you! I love winter time when the new birds show up here. I've been chasing Yellow rumped Warblers and Chipping Sparrows around for a shot for a few weeks now.
