I'm in need of a change....
With hypoglycemia, I'm limited on what I can have for breakfast, even though it's a requirement. On the go early in the day, off on my way to work, and trying to live on a budget, I can't stop every morning for a breakfast egg sandwich, or my fave, a bacon/egg taquito...
So I've been eating oatmeal. Slow-cook, plain, Splenda-sweetened, oatmeal. I've been doing this nearly every work day, for, oh, about three months now, maybe more.
Help?!?! Rescue me! Make a suggestion of something loaded with protein, low in sugar, whole grain wherever possible, that's easy to fix!
