Hi ms_greenjeans,
Your image doesn't seem to match the description nor the previous PF entry images of Perrin's Pride which has rounded petals.

Hi Calif_Sue,

This photo was taken before the flowers were fully open; the petals are still a bit rolled up. Also, if I remember correctly, the photo was taken near dusk, so the colors probably appear a bit dark. I have attached another photo showing Niobe and H.F. Young along with the Perrin's Pride taken later in the spring and in the afternoon. Does this help?

So would that be Perrin's Pride at the top? It shows the rounder petals then, so I guess those blooms sure can fool you depending on time of day or even how early in the season I guess! Thanks for clarifying it. ;-)

Yes, that is Perrin's Pride at the top. I guess I didn't realize how different it can look from time to time! Glad I could clear this up.
