Hi.
Sorry, I searched the net and just could not id this plant. I was thinking some type of milk week or lythrum, but just could not find it. It is beautiful, though.
Hi,
Just saw your post and I might have that growing in the clay surrounding my pond? Not sure, but if I can find a picture , I will post it here .
Tootsie
thanks for trying.. I have searched and searched. I would love to put this in our butterfly garden at Lake Tobosofkee. Hope it will one day be an attraction for butterfly lovers. We have a wonderful temperate climate here. AND, not crowded...
It isn't really a marginal guys, just can handle it real well, it is a native probably, but I would mess up if I told u Eupatoriums, or big words like those,
Look for it to be an asteracae, i think.
It is pretty - I do like it. I have no clue what it is though. Have you tried posting in the plant ID forum?
Check it against a white mistflower, aster family
Yes, I thought it was white mist flower.. guess it can grow in water..
thanks for the info and help.
Elaine
