When I saw your name I thought you were going to say wrong ID. LOL Thanks

Oh, come on... sorry... 99.9% of your photos are perfect... I probably make more errors than you do... Xenomorf in particular likes to pick out my errors...

Xeno is so good at IDing. he has such retention of detail as you do. Not me. LOL!

I have been looking at similar plant, a X Gasteraloe Royal Highness. I see you have posted a pic of a X Gasterhaworthia Royal Highness. Odd these 2 would have the same name Royal Highness. http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/173367/

This has to be from a cross with Aloe aristata. Have you heard of X Gasteraloe Royal Highness?

No I have not, but that sure does look like an Aloe aristata hybrid... nice plant! but definitely not the same as the Gastworthia Royal Highness... possibly the same Gasteria species was used in both, so maybe that is why they used the same common name? Who knows.. naming plants is a somewhat arbitrary and also controversial topic. I have seen other Gasteria x Aloe aristatas... and they could even be that plant, too, but not seen them curl like that or develop that degree of redness, so might also be something different.

I never thought that they both have the a Gasteria Royal Highness as aop[arent. LOL. DUH to me. I did just see 1 reference to a Gasteria Royal Highness on Google.
