What are your fave ideas for gifts in a jar?

I've made vanilla before and some spice rubs and soup mixes,

would love to get some soup mix ideas again and some maybe some dip or spice mixes, tea mixes etc... and quick breads for gifts in a jar, I think i'm goin g to be making a few of these this year if I can squeeze in the time.lol
