Oh, what a beautiful shot! Could it be a little Chipping Sparrow? I had lots of them last winter and through spring but haven't seen any yet this year.

I don't know. I figured a Sparrow, but that's as far as I got.

Here's another shot. Not as good, but shows the front.

Gee, now I'm really confused ... I have pic's at the entry for Chipping Sparrows in BF and yet I made a comment about House Sparrows, me thinks I've made a boo boo. ^_^ I will have to get BF Admin. to check and move them if they are in the wrong spot. We get house sparrows and chipping sparrows and I think I may have confused the two.

Geesh, I was at the BF section for Chipping Sparrows looking at pic's and got sent back to my home page ... me thinks my computer is catching the horrible cold I've been fighting the past three days!
