Has anybody ever heard of a sweet dressing/stuffing?

Not nearly as sweet as a bread pudding, but my grandma used to make a sightly sweet dressing for holidays, in addition to a traditional savory dressing.

Does that ring any bells with anyone else? I'd love to find some recipes (or at least learn some tips and tricks that might help me make something similar to what she made.
