CLOSED: what bird?

Rockport, TX(Zone 9a)

Took a bunch of sparrow pics today and can't tell what is what. I'm going to list each individual bird separately even though most of them are probably the same kind of bird. I only have one picture of this one.

Maybe Savannah Sparrow? Tough, with so little in view, though! What sort of habitat was it in?

It used to be farmland, but the parks department is changing it back to prairie/wetland. There were very tall dried reddish stalks of plants and the ground was squishy and you could hear frogs. I saw my first Buckeye Butterfly and there were lots of them. Here's a picture of the path. Actually, it was supposed to be a picture of a big buck with antlers that seemed bigger than he was, but he disappeared before I could get the shot. Most of this part of the path turned out to be a fire road. The parks dept. is planning to burn the area.

The reddish reeds it was hiding in.

Here's one that shows the field and a flock of some kind of blackbird flying over.
