Thinking Lesser Black-backed...bird is not any bigger than an American Herring Gull.
First 2 shot's are not the same bird next to Am. Herring Gull...3rd shot is of the Great Black-backed Gull next to Am. Herring Gull
Edited to say...bird with dark wings is the Gull that needs Id'ed.

CLOSED: Gull Id
Not convinced - even on these photos, the bright yellow legs on LBB should show up. I fear it'll have to go down as an unidentified gull without better photos (Kelp Gull, Slaty-backed Gull and Western Gull are also theoretical possibilities). Try to get other local birders onto the bird as well, the more eyes looking, the better the chance someone will get some good close-up shots.
Here's an adult LBB pic

No problem, thought someone would be able to Id...I'll have to take a quick ride down to the pier, birds hang in this spot all the time. I'll get better shots for sure.
Does look like an LBB there, the legs are yellowish, though not as bright as I'd normally expect.
Middle bird in the last pic, whatever it is, is badly oiled.

Thinking maybe a winter effect with the pale yellow legs on the LBB...i,m going to keep an eye on this spot...hoping it will be closer.
Thanks Resin!!
