CLOSED: What little bird?

Rockport, TX(Zone 9a)

Maybe a yellow-rumped or a pine warbler? There are 4 pictures. Here is #1.

#3 is quite blurry but you can see two wingbars.

Last one is much like the first but with more chin.

Looks like a pretty little Carolina Wren to me.

Meant to give the link to the bird in BF: http://davesgarden.com/guides/birdfiles/go/5/

Edited again to say: Never mind, I've looked closer and it's not a Carolina Wren, LOL.

no not a wren. I see white eye ring, wing bars and some yellow, long bill but that all i can tell you. I am wanting to say Yellow-throated Vireo but not sure at all as I can't see it well enough

(Zone 1)

Here's the Yellow-throated Vireo for comparison: http://davesgarden.com/guides/birdfiles/go/256/

I am so not good at trying to compare pictures but I thought about the Myrtle Warbler too, formerly the Yellow-rumped Warbler: http://davesgarden.com/guides/birdfiles/showimage/5137/

Pine Warbler - note the 'spectacles', and lack of a yellow rump
