grits, if you post in the recipe forum I bet we can get some good recipes. I grow it every year and tend to "stir-fry" it in a big black skillet with olive oil, onion, and garlic, then serve with a bit of salt and pepper, butter if wanted, etc. Always looking for more recipes that are tried and true though.
