I brought in a Tuberous Begonia that was doing so well I could not let the frost get it. I looked it up in the plant files and found that it can be propagated by herbaceous stem cuttings. How do you do that? I sure like this plant and want to have a good supply for spring planting in my shady garden. Thank you in advance for any input.
herbaceous stem cuttings
Tuberous begonias are a bit more difficult to propagate by leaf and/or stem cuttings but it can be done. Since I don't grow these types anymore and in the past only propagated a couple here and there I will refer you to this excellent site for these types of begonias. Let us know how it goes.
