Gorgeous!

Mine bloomed the second year, and fruited. Unfortunately the fruit was set so late in the year that the November frost, which was 5 days before original post here, cooked them.
But plants never lost their leaves. I lightly covered it, and it's back in full swing, no flowers yet. But vitifolia already blooming.

Cold? Florida? We're going to make you come up to the northeast and spend one week in January. We still can't get in to check our camp because of the snow.

Thanks! Yes thats where all the sink holes came from framers watering there crops instead of buying frost cloth. They make it good till 20 degrees cheaper to use water make sink holes lol

Punta Gorda, FL(Zone 9b)

We didn't hear about that. That's too bad. You know we're famous for sinkholes though. Don't need any help with those.

When you use alot of water way more than regular the aquifer water level drops way down causing these sink holes there was quite a few here last year even I-4 in tampa 60 plus cement trucks dumped in that one trying to fill the hole hate to payed that one. They took out alot of citus groves and everybody thought grow strawberrys make quick money. The year before you could have bought awesome berrys for 5 dollars a flat. They overloaded the market. This year I noticed they let them rot on the plants. Shame!
