Good Afternoon!
I was digging through some old recipes the other day and ran across one for a pound cake that called for margarine with 6 sticks per pound........I haven't made this cake in probably 25 years and don't have a clue about what might have replaced the 6 sticks/pound. Most of the soft margarine has so much water in it, I'm afraid it wouldn't work.
Any suggestions?????
