Our guess is an immature something, but we don't know what! It's a good bit larger than a Goldfinch or Sparrow...!

It looks like it could be a Thrush, but I'm not sure which one. Hermit Thrush, maybe?

I agree with Hermit Thrush...it has an eye-ring and the reddish colored tail.
