chick with closed eye

I have a one week old chick and she was fine until last night. We noticed one eye was weeping. This morning it is closed. What should I do?

She is eating and acting fine so far.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Images, we had that happen to one of ours also and we swabbed the eye twice a day with a qtip and peroxide. After two days he opened it and it has been fine since. Others may have some good ideas as well...Hay Hope it goes well...
