Growing raspberries in a 5 gallon self watering container???

I have never grown raspberries before, but, was wondering if anyone has every tried growing them in a 5 gallon container before and trellising them like you would grapes? And what kind of raspberry could I plant this way here in zone 8 in FL?

Also, has anyone ever grown eskimo raspberries? If so, how did they do and aren't they grown a lot like strawberries?
