I learned a long time ago that I could take pics with my cell phone and then email them to myself (or any email address), upload to desktop and then post them from there to here or various other sites, etc. Very handy as I always have cell handy but not so camera!
This morning 's news contained a report about the GPS tracking info that goes with any phone generated picture which allows anyone to locate the location of the pictures that are posted on the web such as your home address.
The report said a site called I can stalk you.com gives instructions to turn off the GPS info tagging for the photo feature on most cell phones. I've turned mine off and encourage you to do the same. GPS still works for all other phone features.
