CLOSED: Another Cooper's Hawk?

I've read the descriptions in my bird book and am thinking that this is another Juvenile Cooper's Hawk? I'm assuming it's a juvenile because it was having trouble catching it's breakfast in the backyard this morning ... or else it was just having fun and toying with the Blue Jays that were harassing it. :) I have three pic's I will post.
