CLOSED: I'm thinking maybe Savannah Sparrow???

It has a bit of yellow on the brow, but not as much as my book is showing. No black spot on the chest, for a Song Sparrow. what do you guys think?

I think I,m seeing a touch of yellow before the eye, if so then I would agree Savannah Sparrow.
