Common Eastern Bumble Bee (Bombus impatiens)
WOW, such clarity and color!
Whiter ones! You are lucky to have so many these days.
These are probably Female Carpenter Bees... though I need to check more closely.
Males are almost Black.
We have tons of Bumble Types.... and the Honey Bee population is gaining in strength.
We went years w/o seeing any.
Now they are again fairly common.
That is good news for the plants where you live. I heard the other day they thought it was virus that would kill them off.
