i probably will buy a tuber and see how i do.. im always up for trying something new.. and.. as i understand.. i can
overwinter it for dormancy..since i dont have a greenhouse.. yet... LOL :)
Just get a small one for now, it'll double or triple in size in one season if grown properly!
