Sorry it's not a great picture. I saw this little bird flitting around in a tree when I was photographing a Hummer. I live in Baytown TX on the Upper Galveston Bay in SE TX. Thanks!

Actually, that's a pretty good picture to ID a Northern Parula. You can see the yellow neck and chest with the grey differentiasion line in between, and also the white semi-circle eyerings.
