I love to look at the you tube videos of the chickens. I have watched videos on candeling eggs and on Brower and Genesis incubators both. But I just like to watch the ones of peoples chickens going about and doing chicken things. Afew days ago I watched one of a truely large flock of all different types of chickens out in a big field and around their chicken house. There were lots and lots of hens but many different types of roosters too. I thought that one was the best I had seen so far.

Chicken watching is definitely entertaining. Watching them run never fails to crack me up. I had a little spare time this evening and just sat on a bucket in the barnyard and chicken-watched. I think the chickens wanted to go in to bed but they obligingly gathered around and chatted with me. The Buff Orpingtons and Barred Rocks are the most sociable.
I guess I am the only one that needs to get my chicken fix by watching you tube videos. The rest of you can watch the real thing! Now that I have the little guys it is fun watching them. Still don't look much like real chickens though, more like little balls of fuzz :-))
They will still do a lot of real chicken things like find a treasure and run with it to tease the others.
The littles ones already had a fight. The greyish one (Sprinkles) had a disagreement with one of the others. Sprinkles is already head honco of my four fluffballs.
