Brewers, KY(Zone 6b)

Morning farmers! Well, looks like market day might be a wash out! It is pouring down raining right now. I don't know if it will pass through here quickly or not, so I am standing by...sure does sound like a soaker right now. The rain was supposed to pass through here around midnight but it didn't. If I would have known it was running behind schedule, I would not have stayed up so late making all these flower bunches!LOL!
This week was such a busy week for me. I am glad it is over with! I peeled an ice chest of shrimp on thursday afternoon and put them up in bags on friday. That in itself is an all day job. I also cleaned 10 large Drum, a type of salt water fish down here. Good eatin' fish too! So now my freezer looks nice and stocked! (not to mention my house smells like a seafood factory)
Are many of you going to be here after the 2 week grace period? I saw that Mary would be staying here, I will too. I hope we don't lose anyone. I really love reading about you gals! I would miss yall..
Well folks, have a nice saturday..it is the only Oct.6, 2001 we get ..use it wisely..blessings, Lisa
