CLOSED: A side view and back view but what is it?

I caught this bird close to Philadelphia a month ago and still have no clue as to the ID can anyone help me out.

Here is the second view of this bird. It was very far away and by the time I was able to get close enough to take a good picture it flew away.

Thank you. I wasn't sure about this bird because it looks as if there is a yellow line of feathers along the side on the second picture. But it does match the Northern Flicker. I think I better study up on birds. It's sad when someone from Florida has to tell me about birds from up north. thanks again plantladylin and DonnaB :)

My husband gave me a book on Florida Birds a couple of years ago and it's been lots of fun reading about birds in our area. We have lots of common year round birds but it's always fun when I spot a "new" to me bird and post pic's here for identification!
