HI, a couple questions pls:-)

Lindenhurst, NY

Just wondering, which varieties have the strongest typical frangipani scent?
and which of these will grow well in a container. (I have to bring in for cold weather).

My Miami rose has an inflo and it's planted in the ground in my garden.....the info is tiny so i do not think it will bloom in time before cold weather is here....so the plan is to dig and pot it this weekend coming up and hope that i can get to see the blooms indoors.
This is the first time I will see blooms on this plant. It was a cutting 2 yrs ago and i got it to root and grow really big in my NY garden:-)

Pot it up and be sparing with the water i mix pearlite 50% and 50% peat you don't want wet feet. Mine here in florida are starting to loose there leaves winters coming thats there sign. But good luck with it and good job growing it!

Also, in addition to the above, with good lighting while being kept indoor. Your developing inforescents may stay 'as it' until next spring, then the growth rate will resume when the temp. is warm and the sunlight is plenty. Good luck, enjoy.

Thanks Dana and LilyLove. i'm going to dig it up this weekend and i'll add lots of perlite to the potting mix. When you say peat, do you mean peat moss? If yes, i've got a huge bundle of this in my garage.

This what I use everyone has there own way some use cactus mix. I have way too many for that so I use whats afforable main thing is now stop the water all toegther. You may or may not loose your inflo. If it gets too dry looking I mist the foilage but not the roots
