Asking for Friend - Tree seeds?

Hi, I have a friend who is into gardening too but she hasn't gotten the hang of all of this yet. Anyway, she was asking me for a few types of tree seeds and I told her I would make my trade list available to try to get any of them for her. God knows I can't plant any trees in a condo....lol.
She's looking for:
Monkey Pod Tree
Lipstick Tree
Empress Tree
Strawberry Tree
Jacaranda Tree
Flowering Maple
Tea Tree
Sea Grape

All I have is Mountain Ash tree seed, not one on her list. But email me is she shows any interest; it's a lovely hardy tree in its range (eastern part of Northern America). Pretty exotic list, by the way. Good luck!

Is strawberry tree arbutus? And empress tree paulownia?
