CLOSED: What warbler?

Rockport, TX(Zone 9a)

Once again, I'm asking for the impossible. Saw this small blue-ish bird at the pond. Only got two bad pictures. I've been hoping to see it again, but haven't. Can you tell what it is? Appears to have a white eye-stripe or maybe a black eye-stripe and black eyebrow with white in between, blue/gray overall and yellow underneath.

This is the only other pic that I got. It shows the top of the head.

Can't really tell but may be a Red-eyed Vireo...a Tennessee Warbler would have white under-tail coverts.
