Is this an immature Little Blue Heron?

Egret, but I'm not sure which one. My eyes aren't great and it looks like his feet and legs are covered in mud and I can't tell if it's bill is black or yellow.

edited to say: It could very well be an immature Little Blue Heron. There are a couple of photo's of juvenile's in Bird Files: http://davesgarden.com/guides/birdfiles/go/494/

edted to add: For comparison, there's a photo of a juvenile Little Blue Heron here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little_Blue_Heron

Thank you Plantladylin and Burd. I felt that was what it was since I could find no other bird it matched other than Snowy Egret.
