Yellow bird ID please

This photo is not great, but was the best one I got.

It is hard to tell. My first thought is Hooded Warbler: http://davesgarden.com/guides/birdfiles/go/527/ but I don't know if they are in your area.

Got some better pics today because they came back! Yay!! Can anyone confirm this is a Townsend Warbler?? I looked it up and don't think it's in this range, but who knows.

Another. They hung around for a few minutes. There was a group of 5 of them.

I don't know. As you said ,it's way out of the range of the Townsend. I'm leaning towards the Yellow-throated Warbler:

Most likely a Black-throated Green Warbler on those last few pics, not 100% though on that Id.

Ditto to Black-throated Green Warbler in the 3 new pics.

Probably not be the same as the bird in the first pic, as that has rather more extensive yellow on the throat and upper breast.
