This photo is not great, but was the best one I got.
Yellow bird ID please
It is hard to tell. My first thought is Hooded Warbler: http://davesgarden.com/guides/birdfiles/go/527/ but I don't know if they are in your area.
I found this site that has a list of birds found in Tennessee:
http://www.pbase.com/brucecole/birds&page=all
Here's more information on the Hooded Warbler and a range map: http://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Hooded_Warbler/lifehistory
And, more images for comparison to the bird you spotted: http://www.google.com/images?hl=en&expIds=17259,17311,23756,24692,24878,24879,25753,25854,25980,26101,26209,26218,26339,26615,26751,26781,26789,26799&sugexp=ldymls&xhr=t&q=hooded+warbler&cp=8&um=1&ie=UTF-8&source=univ&ei=nayjTLXiOMKNOOfRyKAE&sa=X&oi=image_result_group&ct=title&resnum=1&sqi=2&ved=0CDIQsAQwAA&biw=1280&bih=701
Either Yellow-throated Warbler or Blackburnian Warbler

I don't know. As you said ,it's way out of the range of the Townsend. I'm leaning towards the Yellow-throated Warbler:

http://www.mbr-pwrc.usgs.gov/id/framlst/i6630id.html
or the Blackburnian Warbler:
http://sdakotabirds.com/species/blackburnian_warbler_info.htm as Resin mentioned above.

Most likely a Black-throated Green Warbler on those last few pics, not 100% though on that Id.

Ditto to Black-throated Green Warbler in the 3 new pics.
Probably not be the same as the bird in the first pic, as that has rather more extensive yellow on the throat and upper breast.
