I've had this hanging around in my backyard for a couple of days, haven't seen it since. Has a olive-greenish body with a vibrant yellow face with black head. Wondering on what kind of bird this is, I'm thinking it's an escaped pet from somewhere. This is the frontal picture I was able to get, also have some others that seem better.

Possibly, Hooded Warbler.
Ditto to Hooded Warbler
Resin
I agree, male Hooded Warbler. My Florida Bird Book says they inhabit swamps and moist pine flatwoods in the Panhandle and northern peninsula south to Ocala.
Here's the entry in Bird Files: http://davesgarden.com/guides/birdfiles/go/527/

I thank all for their feedbacks, this is a correct identification. In googling hooded warbler, I got a good picture to view. Never have seen one in this area. I was worried it might have been someones baby. Glad to know that is part of our native birds.
