what hawk is this?

Saw this hawk while kayaking on a stream in South Hampton, NH. I believe it's an immature. Can anyone help me ID it?

Not sure (sorry, not the best viewing angle!), can't decide between Red-shouldered Hawk and Broad-winged Hawk.

Thanks! The better angle on the tail here helps; it's looking more like Broad-winged Hawk.
