Bishop's Miter, Bishop's Cap, Mitra, Bonete de Obispo (Astrophytum myriostigma)

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9b)

Terri,
Do you know which "form" this plant is?

Xeno.

Acton, CA(Zone 8b)

looks like a hybrid to me

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9b)

Looking at the extra amount of fuzzy areoles along the ribs, It doesn't seem to fit in with the other A. myriostigma's on the page. Including this one of yours Palmbob. http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/345148/

Acton, CA(Zone 8b)

was wondering about that one... nice looking plant... was labeled as such... but in those shows, who knows.

Phoenix, AZ(Zone 9b)

Apparently as the plant gets older the areoles become fuzzier. So This photo is probably in the right Page.
