Horse Manure Tea versus Horse manure tea with added Alfalfa

I make both manure tea and sometimes I add alfalfa to the mix. What is the "nutritional" difference between straight manure tea and manure tea with alfalfa? Which plants prefer one over the other?

PS: I just finished creating a terraced bed with hand mixed soil of clay 28%, Sand 42%, Peat Moss 15% & Acidified Cotton Boll Compost 15%+. I added Dr.Earth #7 Probiotic Fertilizer and top dressed the 240 sq. ft. with 50 lbs. of alfalfa pellets to get everything kick started.

Alfalfa in any form is considered to be equal in value to high quality kelp. It may be used in tea form as a drench or as a foliar treatment.
This statement assumes that the plants were grown with organic principles if not registered organic.

Anytime you add one thing to another speaking in general you get some of the best of each product. The residual can go to the compost pile and do more good. If either product is tainted with poisons found in the soil then the combination will be of less value.
