Looks like Purple Heart or Purple Queen Wandering Jew
Tradescantia pallida cuttings, Autumn Joy Sedum and Alo Vera babies.
Don't have the Jade plant babies shown.

Here is the sedum, Autumn Joy in the fall as it has turned to deeper color. I don't have the geranium.
