That's one of the reasons why I'm going to get ducks. The eggs are also AWESOME for baking!
did you see how high in B vitamins they are? The only down side is they are higher in cholesterol but lower in poly fat
Regarding cholesterol.....ducks eggs, for the most part, are also much larger than the medium or large chicken eggs that people use so you would use one duck egg where you would normally use two chicken eggs. I wish I could find someone in my area who has fresh duck eggs but so far no luck with that.
