CLOSED: I.D. Please

I thought this might be a Western Tanager, but the wing looks different.

Here's another photo of it.

Beak looks like a warbler's, can't find a match in my guide...wing bars on Western Tanager...maybe Yellow Warbler?

I'd agree with Yellow Warbler, female. The American (or is it Lesser?) Goldfinch below shows it is too small for a tanager.
