I sure wish Manassas was closer to I-64. I will be traveling across there next week. What do you have in irises? I wouldn't send you just two! A bunch of them if you feel like that wouldn't be too many.
Can you root hibiscus from cuttings? I have a huge flowered red one and a pale pink with a dark throat.
TY for your reply. Debbie

Hi Debbie: Regarding the amount of mantis eggs casings. I have many Gardens at my last count I had about 25 throught my yard front and back. So I can take as many as you can spare. Regarding Iris I can send you plenty of Louisana Iris " Black Gamecocks ", you can also check out my have list. I also have several more items not posted that I can send you. Like cuttings from my Yellow Hibiscus. I can also send you Crape Mertle (rooted) well established. Please let me know. Thanks Jake.

We have a yellow brug that will be cut back in November that I can trade cuttings for some egg cases. That is about all I can trade. Nothing has grown well this year due to lack of rain. I have even been worrirn about that single brug even making it to bloom but found 3 buds. It is still a very small plant compared to last year.. only about 3 ft tall so there will not be a lot to cut back and we have to keep cuttings to start for next year. I would love to have more of those wonderful critters this year. I bought two egg cases a few years ago and had them around my yard for a couple years but have not seen any this year. I would love to have them back again.

I might be able to dig up a red stripe canna. I don't know if I have any small new growth at this time... everything is getting toward the end of its yearly growth and been trampled due to some work in that area unfortunately

Hi Debbie: Have you descided what Iriss do you want. I have several different types. I have plenty of Louisiana Iris "Black Gamecock". To offer in our trade. I have also Bearder Iris they are: Captivating (White) *, Concertina, Forbedden Fruit, Midnight Reveling & Dutch "Iris Blue Magic".
* This a pure white Iris that you can change its color through Pollination with another color to create a different color arangement. I have not tried this but I have been told that it works. It takes some time to do this, I have not the patience to do this procedure. Please let me know what kind of Iris you want, so that I can determine how much to offer in the trade. Thanks Jake. Hope to hear from you real soon.
